BRICKLIVE is a family event for children aged 12 and under, it is an event getting the whole family hands on with LEGO@ enabling you to Play, Create and Discover.

We have an new look to the show for 2019 were we have looked at morning or afternoon sessions for our visitors which from feedback from previous years families felt this was the right thing to do with the option of upgrading to the afternoon to stay the whole day.

We’ve been working with our partners to bring you some great new features working around the clock to bring children and families and experience that’ll be remembered forever.



A: BRICKLIVE is open at the NEC Birmingham from Thursday 31st until Sunday 3rd November 2019.
Q: What time does BRICKLIVE open?
A: Tickets for BRICKLIVE are valid for 4 ½ hours. You can choose either a morning session from 8.30am-1.00pm or an afternoon session from 2.00pm to 6.30pm.
Q: What time can I arrive at BRICKLIVE?
A: Queuing halls will open approximately 15 minutes prior to the show doors opening. Please note last entry is one hour prior to event close (12.00pm for the morning session and 5.30pm for the afternoon session) and last re-entry to the event is 15 minutes before show close (12.45pm for the morning session, 6.15pm for the PM session)
Q: Is BRICKLIVE fully accessible?
A: BRICKLIVE is all on one level. It is a noisy, fun, vibrant event. Some activities may not be suitable for all. Please check the individual feature details on our website for more information.
Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Only guide dogs are permitted in the NEC.
Q: Can I bring in Children older than 12?
A: Yes of course!
Q: Can I leave my child at BRICKLIVE and collect them later?
A: All children must be accompanied by a parent / care giver at all times throughout the event.
Q: Is parking included in my ticket?
A: Car Parking charges are separate to your BRICKLIVE ticket.
Q: Will I get to see and do everything at BRICKLIVE?
A: Tickets to BRICKLIVE include activities and shows subject to availability, unless where specified. As well as live shows there is a lot to see and do at BRICKLIVE. You may not get to see and do everything and please note there may be height, age and ability restrictions on some activities. Please refer to the individual features listed on our website for more information. Please expect to queue.
Q: Can I bring in my own food and drink?
A: There is plenty of food outlets operated on site by the venue. You can also bring in your own food and drink, but you will not be able to bring alcohol, glass bottles or cutlery into the event.
Q: Does BRICKLIVE continue in the rain?
A: Absolutely, it’s ALL indoors.
Q: Do I need to bring money?
A: There are opportunities to purchase products on site with a mix of cash and card options should you wish to.  There are free cash machines in the venue.


Q:How much are BRICKLIVE Tickets?
A: Tickets to BRICKLIVE vary and latest prices will be available via the Buy Tickets Link for both adults and children for four (4 ½ ) hours on the date and session specified and are also subject to a booking fee per ticket and a transaction fee per order. Two session tickets are available at a discounted rate for a limited time, while stocks last and subject to availability. Two session discounted tickets for both adults and children are valid for the AM and PM session on the same day and are also subject to a booking fee and transaction fee. If you require a hard copy of a ticket, and a posted ticket, you will also incur additional costs.

All tickets are subject to availability. Please note that all children 3 and under attend for free and do not require a ticket.  Please also note that BRICKLIVE may ask for proof of age for children under 3.

Q: What’s included in my BRICKLIVE ticket?
A: Your four ½ hour ticket includes everything BRICKLIVE has to offer, subject to availability or accept where stated. There may be additional charges for some activities. Please keep an eye on additional announcements we make on our website and special media. Products, drinks and food are not included in your ticket. Some activities may require you to book in a time slot and return later.

Q: How do I get the cheapest tickets to BRICKLIVE?
A: The earlier you purchase your tickets, the better the cost.

Q: Do Adults have to buy a ticket?
A: Yes.

Q: How do I apply for a carer’s ticket and find out about access and assistance?

Q: Can I change my ticket once I have purchased them?
A: Unfortunately not, tickets are not changeable, transferable or refundable. Please check your ticket provider’s terms and conditions.

Q: Can I sell my BRICKLIVE Tickets or can I buy BRICKLIVE tickets from an individual?
A: BRICKLIVE retains the right to ask for proof of your identification before entering the event. Buying or selling BRICKLIVE tickets unless you are an approved BRICKLIVE ticket seller is strictly prohibited.
